Bella Luna Lanes is under new management and boasts to be the "Home of East Syracuse-Minoa Alumni." We have 10 lanes, for leagues and birthday parties including Guitar Hero, a bar with karaoke, darts, a jukebox, pool, and a locally showcased restaurant.

Dave Sansone, owner, invites all ES-M Alumni to come down and bowl and take a walk down memory lane as they view photos from their alma mater. The wooden alleys and arcade games are reminiscient of the '80's while the updated equipment and Guitar Hero Competitions appeal to the younger generation. Bring the whole family, there is something for everyone.

At his recent surprise birthday party, Dave took time to thank his family and friends. On several occasions, he broke into song, as those who know him would expect.

On April 5th, 2008, Ivan's Kitchen at the Bella Luna Lanes was a sponsor and fundraiser for the Museum of Science and Techology called "Tap into the Most". Shown with volunteers Gina and Terry, chef Ivan Perez donated his time and cuisine to over 800 attendees. Along with his sous chef Norm Taylor, he specializes in Latin American cuisine, barbeque pork, and offers an array of pasta dishes. Ivan's Kitchen caters and is currently marketing 3 of his sautes; hot-n-spicy, mild, and a secret buffalo/blue cheese blend.
